What this tool does

Add PDFs, use the arrow controls to arrange them, and merge them into one document. Pages are copied in the displayed file order.

Before you start

Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Processing happens in browser memory, so very large collections depend on the memory available on your device.

Private by design

The file is read and processed by this page on your device. It is never uploaded to FormatOtter or handed to a third-party conversion service. Large documents may take a moment because your browser is doing the actual work.
