What this tool does

Before you start

Camera capture depends on browser and device support. This tool does not automatically crop, deskew, enhance, or OCR photographed text.

Private by design

The file is read and processed by this page on your device. It is never uploaded to FormatOtter or handed to a third-party conversion service. Large documents may take a moment because your browser is doing the actual work.
