Working locally…
How it works
- Choose your PDF files.
- Set the options, then select “Add page numbers”.
- Download the result directly from your browser, with batches packaged as a ZIP.
What this tool does
Choose a corner or center position, starting number, font size, and label format. Use {n} for the current number and {total} for total pages.
Before you start
Numbers are stamped onto every page using a standard built-in font. Complex scripts and custom font uploads are not supported.
Private by design
The file is read and processed by this page on your device. It is never uploaded to FormatOtter or handed to a third-party conversion service. Large documents may take a moment because your browser is doing the actual work.
