How it works

What this tool does

Rotate all pages or enter a page list such as 1, 3-5. Existing page content is preserved while the page rotation setting is changed.

Before you start

Rotation is applied in 90-degree steps. Page numbers start at 1, and password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first.

Private by design

The file is read and processed by this page on your device. It is never uploaded to FormatOtter or handed to a third-party conversion service. Large documents may take a moment because your browser is doing the actual work.
